Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns of any unworn, unused, or non-laundered items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Please note:
- Items returned outside the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom and special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Pack Your Return: Include all original tags, packaging, and a copy of your packing slip.
- Reason for Return: Enclose a note explaining why you’re returning the item (to help us improve!).
- Secure Your Package: Use proper packaging to prevent damage during transit and ship with a delivery receipt or tracking number.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days after receiving your return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the error was on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want promptly, we recommend placing a new order for your desired product and returning the original for a refund. This prevents delays in case the item goes out of stock.
Important Notes
- Items that are returned with strong odors, pet hair, or appear worn will not be accepted for a full refund. A 50% refund may be issued for items in unsellable condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- We cannot process returns for customized products.
